Coaching
The big lie is that if we accept help, we’re weak — accepting help or coaching from anyone means that somehow we’re cheating our way to success. And the big secret is that human beings aren’t wired to go it alone. We’re community animals, born for a need to connect. Accepting help is arguably the most human thing we can do.
When you hire me as a coach, you get a relentless advocate for the best possible version of you. I don’t give advice, I present you with all the resources and information I have, and ask you fearless questions. I help champion your wins, and when you’re down for the count, I help you get up and back into the ring.

How does it work?
I work with my clients online. You book an introductory call with me by clicking the button below, and we spend some time getting to know each other. During that time, I will go over the basics of how I coach, and then we will spend the rest of the time in a coaching session. If you like what you’ve received, you can purchase a coaching package from me ranging from 9-12 hourly sessions. The first session is absolutely free.
Why would I need a coach?
We only grow when we're pushed close to our limits and give ourselves moments to recover. On our own, we're bad at this -- it's why you see so many people burned out, stagnant, and exhausted. I help my clients show up every day, energized and ready to grow, without burnout. And I help my clients navigate rough waters without getting trapped in the currents.
What is the difference between therapy and coaching?
Therapists want to help you heal. My coaching is not designed to help you heal, it is designed to help you move forward. In some cases, my coaching works very well in conjunction with a therapy. A general rule of thumb is that a therapist works to help people resolve issues in their present and past, and a coach helps people plan for their future and helps them with the accountability, support, and resources they need to get there.
